We Deliver: evolvedMD’s 2024 Recap

As I reflect on this past year, I'm immensely proud of the life-changing work we do every day. From the lives we've touched to developing the clinicians of the future, evolvedMD has undoubtedly cemented itself as the nation's leading provider of integrated care.

How did we get here? It wasn't an accident. Steve Biljan and I saw the mental health crisis unfolding with tens of millions of Americans struggling to get the care they need. We founded evolvedMD to disrupt the broken healthcare system and give patients the lifeline they deserve to live happier, healthier lives.

After seven years in business I'm thrilled to share the meaningful impact we've made with you. Our heartfelt appreciation goes out to everyone who took a chance on evolvedMD to help solve one of the most pressing challenges of our time: our employees, our primary care partners, investors, advisors, and community champions. Your unwavering support and dedication have made a profound impact on our organization and the communities we serve. 

This year, evolvedMD delivered on its mission

Patients Served – In 2023, served 21,000 unique patients. This year, we served 37,000 unique patients—a 76% increase! That's an additional 16,000 people who either did not have access to affordable mental health care for various reasons. 

Team Growth –  Now 200+ employees strong across five states, the overwhelming majority of our headcount are mental health therapists delivering exceptional patient care onsite and in person at primary care practices.

New Partners – This year, evolvedMD welcomed four primary care groups proudly serving pediatrics, adults, and families. We're forever grateful for their commitment to meeting patients' whole health needs.

Expansion – As of today, evolvedMD is embedded onsite and in person at 220+ primary care sites, with many more to come! Stay tuned to see where we'll change lives next.

Collaborative Care Training + Development – In January, our first cohort of Behavioral Health Managers embarked on a journey to learn, earn, and grow. In just a few weeks these forward-thinking therapists will have completed the first year of our innovative two-year program, with elevated skills and a $5,000 base salary increase to boot.

Florida – Tampa General Hospital championed evolvedMD's unique collaborative care model, opening its clinics to Floridians seeking comprehensive, high-quality mental health care.

Market Leadership – A testament to our impact on patients and their families across five states, we're shaping the future of behavioral healthcare.
