SALT LAKE CITY – June 2021 – Granger Medical Clinic and Ogden Clinic, two of Utah’s largest medical groups, are proud to announce their commitment to whole patient care through a partnership with Arizona-based evolvedMD to integrate behavioral health into their modern primary care practices. This partnership will allow current patients at both Granger and Ogden to receive impactful behavioral health services at a time when many Utahns, like the rest of the nation, are struggling.

Through this partnership, evolvedMD will provide behavioral health solutions at Granger Fairbourne Station and Ogden’s Bountiful and Grand View locations at launch beginning in June 2021.
