The “mini-MBA” provides clinicians with industry-leading training with outstanding patient outcomes in mind
Phoenix, Ariz. (February 19, 2024) – evolvedMD is pleased to announce the launch of the Collaborative Care Leadership Development (CCLD) program for all Behavioral Health Managers (BHMs). This proprietary program provides the most comprehensive integrated care curriculum in the industry to give clinicians vital tools in the changing landscape of behavioral health care.

The CCLD program is a two-year program of monthly modules intended to be delivered in-person and virtually, providing BHMs with the skills, tools and experiences to be the best integrated care clinicians.
Participants in the program will learn important skills related to trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, neurodivergent diseases, and more while gaining impactful understandings of working in a collaborative care environment alongside patient primary care. BHMs will also develop business skills including project management, communication and entrepreneurship.
In addition to the comprehensive training, evolvedMD clinicians will receive financial benefits for program participation, including a $5,000 base salary increase at the one-year mark and a $10,000 equivalent investment in education at the conclusion of the program.
